This Privacy Policy explains how Savior Brain Inc. d/b/a SoftShox ("SoftShox," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit, purchase or return a product, submit a warranty claim, or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the “Services”) through softshox.com, softshox.shop or any our related sites (collectively, the "Sites"). Our online store is hosted by Shopify, and we use Shopify Payments to facilitate payment processing.
This Privacy Policy applies only to personal information practices. Purchases and use of SoftShox products are governed by our separate Terms of Service, Terms of Sale, Return Policy, product instructions and warnings, and Limited Warranty (collectively, the "Product Terms"). The Product Terms are incorporated into the terms applicable to a purchase and should be reviewed before ordering. If this Privacy Policy conflicts with the Product Terms regarding our handling of personal information, this Privacy Policy controls only as to that privacy issue.
1. Personal Information We Collect
"Personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with an individual. It does not include information that has been de-identified or aggregated so it cannot reasonably identify an individual. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
· Contact and delivery information, such as name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.
· Order and transaction information, such as products viewed or purchased, cart activity, order history, transaction amount, payment status, returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty claims.
· Payment-related information. Payment card information is submitted through Shopify Payments and its payment-processing partners. We receive transaction details and limited payment-related information needed to administer the order, but we do not directly store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
· Account information, such as login credentials, preferences, and saved settings.
· Communications and submissions, such as customer-service messages, reviews, survey responses, product feedback, warranty documentation, photographs, or other information you send us.
· Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, identifiers, pages or products viewed, referring pages, dates and times of visits, and interactions with the Services.
· Inferences or preferences derived from the information above, such as likely product interests.
2. How We Collect Personal Information
We may collect information from you in a variety of ways, including:
· Directly from you when you place an order, create an account, contact us, submit a review or warranty claim, subscribe to communications, or otherwise provide information.
· Automatically through cookies, pixels, log files, and similar technologies when you use the Sites.
· From Shopify and service providers that support payments, fraud screening, website hosting, analytics, shipping, fulfillment, customer support, and related operations.
· From business partners or other third parties, where permitted by law.
For example, we may use the systems below for the following purposes:
- We may use the Meta Pixel to collect or receive information on our online Site and use that information to target and deliver ads. You can adjust your advertising settings by visiting here: https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads.
- We may use Google Analytics on our Online Services to understand details about your use of such pages. For more information on how Google Analytics uses data it collects, visit: google.com/technologies/partner-sites. To opt out of Google Analytics, visit tools.tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To adjust your Google advertising settings, visit: myadcenter.google.com.
- We may use YouTube API Services, which may collect information about you, including your interactions with YouTube features on the Sites (such as video media players), IP address, device information, and Internet or other electronic network activity information. 3. How We Use Personal Information
· Provide the Services and perform our agreement with you, including processing transactions, fulfilling and shipping orders, sending confirmations and service notices, and handling returns, refunds, exchanges, recalls, and warranty claims.
· Operate, personalize, maintain, analyze, and improve the Services, Sites, products, customer experience, and business operations.
· Communicate with you and respond to customer-service inquiries.
· Send marketing or promotional communications where permitted by law and consistent with your choices.
· Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security incidents, illegal activity, misuse, and violations of our policies.
· Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, establish or defend legal claims, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, safety, and property of SoftShox, our customers, and others.
· Create de-identified or aggregated information for lawful business purposes.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the store, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the Sites and Services, measure performance, prevent fraud, and, if enabled, support advertising. You can control certain cookies through the cookie banner or privacy settings made available on the Services and through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.
We do not sell personal information for money. If we enable advertising or Shopify features that use activity across different businesses, some disclosures may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or use for targeted advertising under certain state laws. Where required, you may opt out through the data-sharing opt-out link on the Sites. We do not alter or data collection practices when we see a "Do Not Track" signals from your browser.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above:
· To Shopify, Shopify Payments, payment-processing partners, fraud-prevention providers, hosting and technology providers, analytics providers, customer-support providers, and other vendors acting for us.
· To shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, returns processors, insurers, professional advisers, and other parties needed to complete or support a transaction, recall, warranty claim, or dispute.
· To marketing and advertising partners, if those services are enabled and subject to applicable consent and opt-out rights.
· To affiliates within our corporate group.
· To law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of the Services.
· In connection with an actual or proposed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction.
· At your direction or with your consent.
Our service providers and other recipients may process information in accordance with their own privacy notices when they act independently from us.
6. Shopify and Shopify Payments
Shopify hosts some of the Services and Sites and processes information about your access to and use of the store. Information submitted through the Services is transmitted to Shopify and may be processed by Shopify and its partners in countries other than your own. Shopify may also process information for its own purposes when it acts independently, including to provide and improve Shopify services, prevent fraud, and, if applicable, support enhanced or personalized features.

7. Warranty Claims, Returns, and Product Safety
When you request a return, replacement, refund, warranty service, or support regarding product performance or safety, we may collect and use order details, contact information, product identifiers, photographs, descriptions of the issue, and related communications. We use this information to authenticate purchases, evaluate and administer claims under the applicable Product Terms, provide support, investigate quality or safety issues, meet recordkeeping obligations, manage recalls, detect fraud, and establish or defend legal claims. Submitting a claim does not expand, modify, or create a warranty; warranty coverage and remedies are governed exclusively by the applicable Limited Warranty and Product Terms.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to fulfill orders, administer accounts and warranty obligations, comply with tax, accounting, product-safety, and other legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the nature of our relationship, and applicable law. We may retain de-identified information for longer where permitted by law.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive payment or confidential information through unsecured email or other unsecured channels.
10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information; to obtain information about our collection, use, and disclosure practices; to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or to appeal our decision on a request. You may also designate an authorized agent where permitted by law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages; we may still send non-promotional messages about orders, warranties, safety notices, or your account.
11. Children's Privacy
The Sites and Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request deletion.
12. International Visitors
SoftShox is based in the United States. If you access the Sites and Services from another country, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
13. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Sites may link to websites, social media platforms, or services we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not govern those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy notices before providing information.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, services, products, Sites, or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy and update the effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent if required by law.
