Care Instructions:
Wipe clean after use with a damp cloth to remove dirt and sweat.
• For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and warm water. Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals. Chinstrap should not be “soaked” for extended periods of time. Allow chinstrap to air dry completely before storing or using again. Do not use dryers or direct heat.
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Regularly inspect snaps, straps, and padding for wear or damage. Replace if damaged.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for three (3) months from the original purchase date. Chinstraps should be inspected before play. Facemask impacts are typically the lowest performing impact location in helmet tests. Yet, studies report nearly 50% of impacts to a football player's head are to the facemask and the NFL reports more than 40% of in-game concussions result from facemask impacts. Helmet shell add-on's don't help because they protect the shell and not the facemask. Helmets have a blindspot.
Chinstraps have always just existed to hold a helmet onto the head, but no longer. High speed video analysis of hundreds of helmet tests reveals that facemask impacts engage the chinstrap, pulling on the chinstrap and chin. Meaning, a shock absorber placed at the base of the chin could absorb all that facemask impact energy, keeping it away from the athlete's head.
